Mobile Terms of Service Luxor Pharmacy.
The Luxor Pharmacy mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Luxor Pharmacy ("Luxor Pharmacy," "we," or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
By consenting to Luxor Pharmacy's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Luxor Pharmacy to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Luxor Pharmacy. Your participation in this program is entirely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt out of the Service at any time. To cancel, Text STOP to Luxor pharmacy or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Luxor Pharmacy mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received, and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

RECORD KEEPING
A record of each transaction for non-prescription medicine will be retained for two years from the date of purchase.
Transaction details include:
The date of the transaction. The name and quantity of the product obtained. The name and address of the person to which the medication was supplied. PRICE OF GOODS
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all prices on our website, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider the order canceled. If you cancel, and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. DISCOUNTS & OFFER CODES
All discount and offer codes are applied to the value of the order, excluding delivery costs and are subject to our general Terms & Conditions. To apply the discount, you must enter the offer code into the checkout page's discount code area. Discounts cannot be applied to orders retroactively once they are placed.
Discounts cannot be combined, and only one discount code per order can be used.
Items already reduced, that display a reduced price, and selected brands are excluded from discount offers. These brands are subject to change at any time.
All discount codes and offer codes can be amended or withdrawn at any time.
Terms and Conditions for Subscription Service
Luxor Pharmacy," "we," "our," or "us," provides a subscription service for certain products on our website. When you opt to purchase a subscription product among our selected offerings (referred to as the "Product" or "Products"), the following terms and conditions are applicable:
Subscription Account
To participate in the Subscription Program, you need an account, a valid email address, and a credit card and/or debit card.
Subscription Order Placement
When you place an order for a subscription product, Luxor Pharmacy will automatically place and ship the same order as per the timeframe you selected at the time of purchase.
Subscription Order Amount
Your subscription's final total may change due to variations in price, tax rates, duties fees, and shipping costs. Your order total includes:
- Applicable sales tax
- Shipping costs
Please note that additional discounts are not applicable to subscription products.
Subscription Order Payment
The credit card you used for your initial subscription order will be charged until you cancel your subscription or update your credit card information. Subsequent orders will be charged on the day of order placement and forwarded to our warehouse for processing.
If your credit card is declined during a subscription order, your order won't be placed, and you will be notified of the payment failure. You will need to update your credit card information, and once it's corrected, your subscription order will be processed. You can update your credit card information in the "My Account" section.
Only credit card and debit card payments are accepted for subscription orders.
The prices of subscription products are based on current prices, meaning they may change.
Subscription Order Notifications
You will receive an email notification five days before your subscription order is processed and charged. An order confirmation email will be sent after each subscription order is processed and shipped.
Cancellation of the Subscription Program
You can cancel your subscription to products offered through the Subscription Program at any time. If you have an outstanding order associated with your subscription, the cancellation will take effect once that order is processed by Luxor Pharmacy.
To cancel your subscription, you can do so by:
- Accessing your online account, logging in, going to the "My Account" section, and clicking "Cancel" on the desired Subscription Program.
- Sending an email to info@luxorpharmacy.com. In your email, include your name, subscription order number, and the Product or Products you want to cancel. Please note that response times may exceed 24 hours.

GIFT WITH PURCHASE PROMOTIONS
In cases where we provide a complimentary gift with a product, we will offer one free gift per transaction, regardless of the number of products purchased. The availability of the free gift is subject to change, and we reserve the right to substitute the free gift with an alternative.
To facilitate the provision of a free gift, we may need to list the free gift on our site with a nominal value. It's important to note that you are not entitled to "purchase" the free gift without buying the associated product, and any attempt to "purchase" the free gift will be canceled, even if you receive automated order acknowledgments.
REFER A FRIEND PROGRAM
Referrer Rewards
- For every friend who places their first order, the referrer will receive €10 off.
- This offer can be shared for three months from the date when the referrer's offer is accepted.
- To qualify for the reward, the referred friend must be a new customer of Luxor Pharmacy, over the age of 18, and meet the conditions of their reward.
- The referrer does not need to be an existing Luxor Pharmacy customer.
- Rewards are cumulative, so if multiple qualifying referrals are made to Luxor Pharmacy, the referrer will receive multiple rewards, subject to a limit. A referrer may not earn more than five rewards within any 24-hour period or 25 rewards within the last 12 months. If a referrer is referring more than ten friends within any 24-hour period, their referred friends may not automatically receive rewards.
- Rewards will be issued to the referrer on the day of the referred friend's purchase, provided that the referred friend's purchase is not canceled.
- The referrer will be notified by email once a referred friend has made a purchase and earned a reward.
- Rewards are valid for three months from the date they are earned by the referrer.
- Referral rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes in a single order.
- Luxor Pharmacy reserves the right to refuse to issue any reward to any referred friend or referrer at any time.
- Luxor Pharmacy reserves the right to change any and all elements of this offer at any time without notice.
Referred Friend Rewards
- Referred friends are offered €10 off when they place their first order.
- The reward is valid for seven days from the date it is issued to the referred friend.
- To qualify for the reward, the referred friend must be a new customer of Luxor Pharmacy and be over the age of 18.
- Any rewards will be revoked if a refund is requested for the order for which the reward was offered.
- The referred friend reward cannot be claimed by the person making the referral.
- Referred friend rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes in a single order.
- Limits are in place on the number and frequency of referrals that can be made by any single referrer. Rewards may not be given if those limits are exceeded.

These terms of use do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Irish law.
